No matter how many handfuls you consume, it never seems to be enough.  Blueberries are really spectacular at any time of the day and if you need any further excuse for loving them, blueberries have health benefits as tremendous as their flavor.

Storage: Blueberries will last for about a week if kept in a covered container or packaging.  Only wash what you are about to use. If you see any blueberries starting to go bad remove them from the container.

Preparing: Rinse gently under cool water and pat dry.  There are so many things that blueberries can improve but they are also fantastic plain.  Eat them with breakfast in your yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal, muffins or pancakes.  Blueberries can also brighten your more savory dishes if you want to them for dinner or toss them into a salad.
